Morning Business Forum in collaboration with Hugo Investing
01/02/2022
On the morning of Tuesday 25th January, the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain was pleased to welcome guests to our first event of 2022, in collaboration with Hugo Investing.
Located on the Golden Mile in Marbella, Hugo Investing is central for budding traders and investors to drop in for free mentoring and guidance on their investing journey.
Partner to Saxo Bank, and formerly known as BinckBank, their dedicated team is made up of individuals with a passion for investing.
Moreover, their Hugo Investment Academy offers personal training, guidance and coaching as well as numerous webinars, seminars, video tutorials, podcasts and blogs.
Kaspar Huijsman, Founder and Director of Hugo Investing, has almost 25 years of experience mentoring private investors to reach their goals, as well as leading seminars all over Spain and teaching finance at Marbella International University Centre.
During our Morning Business Forum with Hugo Investing, Kaspar Huijman led a very informative seminar on how you can gain “Financial Freedom through Financial Education”.
In his seminar, Kaspar commented on both the Spanish and USA stock market, as well as China’s economy, particularly in terms of real estate and the level of debt within the Chinese economy.
The audience were very interactive and contributed ideas and justification for the change in stocks, with a few examples to consolidate the theories and support the context.
The seminar was sandwiched between productive networking sessions for members of the Chamber, clients of Hugo, and special guests.
Additionally, Derek A. Langley, Regional Vice President of the British Chamber highlighted moments from 2021, which was a very successful year for the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, specifically with the extensive events calendar regionally and nationally, as well as new activities in Bilbao, and the working groups within the Chamber that are making advances in their respective sectors.
The Chamber would like to give a special thanks to the Hugo Investing team for hosting us and their fellow members.
